Pastor Mendenhall seen the doctor on 8-14-08.  Doctor Ansari, the oncologist wants to start chemotherapy in the next 2 weeks.  The Chemotherapy will continue for 16 weeks. It should take care of the cancer cells that are left, and will probably give him a 90% chance of being cancer free.  The tumor that they removed was the size of a golf ball.  They also removed over 20 lympnodes.  Both the surgeon and oncologist said that everything looks good, and that Pastor is  a "star Patient!" He is feeling very strong.  He said he has never felt the prayers of the saints more than he does now!
